My notes —
- 1 sandwich-size frozen ziploc bags stores more than enough veggie scraps to make stock
- Can make 2 batches from 1 bundle of veggie scraps
- I prefer seasoning each serving with salt right before eating vs. doing the whole batch
- Store in jars in the freezer
